Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility: - This promotion is valid exclusively for about-to-be wed couples. - Couples must provide proof of their engagement or upcoming wedding date to qualify. 2. Promotion Period: - The promotion is valid for photoshoots scheduled between August 1st and February 28th. 3. Booking: - All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. - Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Payment - A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. - The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellations: - Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the photoshoot date, subject to availability. - Cancellations made more than 14 days before the photoshoot will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the photoshoot will forfeit the deposit. 6. Location: - The promotion covers photoshoots within a 30-mile radius of our studio. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this radius. 7. Weather Policy: - In case of inclement weather, the photoshoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. 8. Deliverables: - Couples will receive a specified number of edited digital images as outlined in their package. - Additional prints and products can be purchased separately. 9. Usage Rights: - Vow Stories by Kripa Reghu reserves the right to use photos from the shoot for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 10. Liability: - Vow Stories by Kripa Reghu is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the photoshoot. 11. Agreement: - By booking a photoshoot under this promotion, couples agree to these terms and conditions.
