Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Payment/Deposit: The initial payment/deposit is non-refundable. 2. Cancellation within 30 days of booking: 50% of the total package price is refundable. 3. Cancellation 30-60 days prior to Wedding Date: 25% of the total package price is refundable. 4. Cancellation within 60 days of Wedding Date: No refunds will be issued. 5. Postponement: If the wedding is postponed, Twinkle Tales will work with the Client to reschedule, subject to availability. A flexible fee will be applied to reschedule.
