Cancellation Policy

The Clients may cancel this contract at any time up to 45 days prior to ceremony date. To do so, Clients must send a written cancellation notice via email or certified mail. The Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation. To ensure your wedding date is confirmed we require a booking fee of 80% of the total quote, and the remaining 20% on last day of the events. The 80% payment can also be done 50% advance to block the date, 30% before the wedding date. In a scenario where pending payment is not done by client then the work will be kept on hold and will only begin once payments are cleared, and the delivery schedule will be calculated from the day payment is done.
