Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client More than 90 Days Before the Wedding Date: The client will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable retainer fee. 60 to 89 Days Before the Wedding Date: The client will receive a refund of 50% of the total package price. 30 to 59 Days Before the Wedding Date: The client will receive a refund of 25% of the total package price. Less than 30 Days Before the Wedding Date: No refund will be issued. 2. Non-Refundable Retainer Fee A non-refundable retainer fee of 10000 is required at the time of booking to secure the wedding date. This retainer fee covers administrative costs and the loss of potential bookings due to your reservation. 3. Cancellation by the Photographer In the unlikely event that we need to cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will: Provide a full refund of all payments made, including the retainer fee. Assist in finding a replacement photographer of similar style and quality, if desired by the client. 4. Postponement Policy More than 60 Days Before the Wedding Date: The client can reschedule the wedding date without penalty, subject to availability. Less than 60 Days Before the Wedding Date: A rescheduling fee of 10000 will apply. If the photographer is unavailable on the new date, the standard cancellation policy will apply. 5. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, all payments except the non-refundable retainer fee will be refunded. 6. Refund Processing All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. 7. Communication All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to storiesbyaman@gmail.com.
