Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your wedding photography services. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. Please read it carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us. 1. Cancellation by the Client: a. Cancellation more than 90 days before the Event Date: If you cancel your wedding photography services more than 90 days before your event date, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made, minus a non-refundable booking fee, which covers the administrative costs and time spent in the booking process. b. Cancellation 30 to 90 days before the Event Date: If you cancel your wedding photography services between 30 and 90 days before your event date, you will receive a 70% refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable booking fee. c. Cancellation less than 30 days before the Event Date: If you cancel your wedding photography services less than 30 days before your event date, no refund will be provided. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your wedding date, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on our availability. Please inform us as soon as possible about the change in date. If we are available for the new date, we will transfer your reservation to the new date with no additional fees. 3. Cancellation by SnapAndVows: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer or refund any payments made by the client in full.
