Cancellation Policy

In case the client cancels the Agreement prior to the event, he/she will be entitled to receive refund of the money paid to the Simha Studio premises, except the non-refundable deposit (prior Advance) made during first time talks in between. - The Parties agree that in case the Simha Studio Photographer/ Videographer cancels this Agreement, he/she will be required to provide a suitable replacement Photographer /Videographer from the Simha Studio premises that the client consents to.
