Cancellation Policy

General terms and conditions : 1. For all assignments - travel, visa and accommodation charges will be added separately as per actuals For stay 2 or more rooms would be needed and should to be in a 3 star or above hotel, room service and food charges would be ordered at the expense of the client 2. Dates are not blocked till we receive the blocking amount! 3. All copyrights are reserved with Shutterspeed Photography. We upload / use the photos and videos shot by our photographers and videographers during the events for showcasing our work on our websites as well as on our different online portals. 4. Advance/Booking amount is not refundable under any circumstances Covid update - i. Due to the pandemic in case your wedding gets postponed DUE TO A GOVERNMENT IMPOSED LOCKDOWN, in such scenario - 1 date change within the next 1 year from the date of your wedding is possible and will be accommodated without any additional charges. ii. IF YOU CANCEL OR POSTPONE your wedding due to any other reasons, fresh charges would be applicable in case of a date change and no refund would be possible in case of any cancellations iii. If any of your (Bride and Groom's family only) first family members - parents or brothers or sisters if any get covid, the same package can be extended up to 365 days from the date of your current wedding date. The package which you have taken must be the same reductions in the package will not be possible. Any extra additions on the same package can be doable at an extra cost and depending on the availability Covid certificate would have to be shared for the person unwell iv. If there is a restriction and the wedding/function turns to be a smaller one with lesser guests and you go with the same package the cost will remain the same as the cost depends on the type of photography and video services you opt for and hours of coverage. Our costs will not decrease if you have a lesser guest count. v. No refund of the advance/booking amount is possible whatsoever. 5. It takes us a minimum 1-3 months i.e. 75-90 working days to deliver your selected deliverables (depending upon the wedding season there might be some changes in the time of deliverables, but we see to it to getting it delivered to you to the earliest) 6. You will get all the raw photos and/or videos - (what you have selected according to your package mentioned above) in your hardisk or pendrive within 1 week i.e 7 working days from the next day of the wedding, provided you have cleared the final instalment on time 7. If any of us are not in town due to whatsoever reasons and we need to give you your deliverables then we will share with you the data through - courier or online transfer. 8. Deliverables given to the client will be exactly given as mentioned in the above mail, in case if the client wants anything beyond mentioned in the above mail, it will be provided depending on the availability and at an additional cost basis only 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - THE PHOTOGRAPHER’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PHOTOGRAPHER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF CLIENT INFORMS PHOTOGRAPHER OF CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD GIVE RISE TO SUCH DAMAGES
