1. Non-Refundable Advance: The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This amount secures your event date and reserves our team’s time, resources, and services, preventing other potential bookings. 2. Cancellation by Client: If the event is canceled by the client, regardless of the reason, the advance amount will not be refunded. This is due to the commitment of time and resources made in preparation for your event. 3. Postponement: In case of postponement, the advance can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. However, if the new date is unavailable, the advance will be forfeited, and a new booking must be made. 4. Cancellation by Shadigraphy: In the unlikely event that Shadigraphy Photo Cinema has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance amount will be provided, or the option to transfer the booking to another available date can be discussed.
