Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Period: • More than 90 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your booking more than 90 days prior to the event date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a 10% administrative fee. • 60-90 Days Before the Event: If you cancel between 60 and 90 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made. • 30-59 Days Before the Event: If you cancel between 30 and 59 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 25% refund of any payments made. • Less than 30 Days Before the Event: If you cancel less than 30 days before the event date, no refund will be issued. 2. Rescheduling: • If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to our availability. • More than 60 Days Before the Event: Rescheduling is free of charge. • Less than 60 Days Before the Event: A rescheduling fee of 15% of the total contract amount will apply. 3. Force Majeure: • In the event of a force majeure situation (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), both parties will work together to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date without any additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by SearchEnd Productions. 4. Non-Refundable Deposit: • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total contract amount is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. In case of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable except in force majeure situations. 5. Communication: • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Searchendweddings@gmail.com]. • We will acknowledge receipt of your request and confirm any applicable refunds or fees.
