Cancellation Policy

At Random Clicks Photography, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to provide a fair cancellation policy that balances the needs of our clients with the commitments we make as a business. Cancellation Policy Details: Cancellation by Client: If a booking is canceled by the client no refund will be provided as it becomes difficult for us to book another client for the same dates.. Rescheduling by Client: If a client wishes to reschedule the event, the deposit or advance payment can be transferred to a new date, subject to our availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 60 days before the original event date. If the new date is not available, the cancellation terms above will apply. Cancellation by Random Clicks Photography: In the unlikely event that Random Clicks Photography has to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any deposit or advance payment made by the client. Alternatively, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer with a similar style and quality. Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Random Clicks Photography will work with the client to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by our team. No-Show: If the client fails to attend the event without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
