Cancellation Policy

1 Extra sheets in album, if required, would be charged at ₹800 per sheet. Extra edited image will be charged at ₹ 80 per image. 2. Delivery time (Albums, Highlights & Full Video): - - Estimated as 60 to 90 days from the photo selection date or post wedding shoot date, whichever is later. We expect to receive the sorting within one month of the function to be able to stick to this delivery period. But be informed, the designing and editing is a form of art. Sometimes it takes more time than we expect to bring an output up to our standards as we are die-hard perfectionists. But you can be sure, that even if we are late, we never let anybody else do our job. -Client needs to select the photos and confirm the design within the stipulated time and follow up with our post production department to make the process faster and prompt. We will not be able to keep to the timeline of the output if the pic selection takes more than 30 days. 3.Magsmen assumes no liability for any loss caused to the client, due to any delay caused for album/video DELIVERY or any data purging or cyber-attack for any reason whatsoever. 4. Expenses relating to any pen drives/hard disks/couriers used in the process of transfer of media or the delivery of the outputs shall be borne by the client. 5. Up to 2 Correction sessions (for Album), free of charge. More than that chargeable depending on time consumed. 6. We block our dates for you, only on the receipt of booking advance. So kindly reserve your dates at the earliest to avoid disappointments of any sort, as dates are the most important factor in demand in the wedding industry. 7.Our package validity 3 months only. 8. Travel Expenses and accommodation are payable wherever required. All communications both verbal and texting to be confirmed through the mail. 9. Travel and Accommodation will be charged extra for all the commitments outdoor shoots 10. Client is to name one contact person who will confirm each and every step of the project. This is to avoid any contradictory instructions from the client or close relations. So, any suggestions, instructions and corrections have to come through/with the knowledge of the contact person. 11. The final settlement has to be cleared before shipping, if the client chooses to Courier the final deliverables. 12.Magasmen does not commit any client, to post any photos, videos of the event on its website or social networks. But Magsmen may upload the same for marketing purposes unless instructed otherwise. Any requests to post the photos or videos online will not be entertained at any cost. 13. Live Printing/Heli cam are services that are not included in the package, and if required it should be communicated at the time of project confirmation & will be charged extra. 14. If a client needs to set up live video streaming at the venue, kindly be informed that the cams that we use do not support the same, and therefore will have to use a separate camera for the same. Please make sure you inform us of your requirement at the time of confirmation and the service charges will apply. 15. We will be requiring power output of not more than 1000W for lighting purposes at the location of the event. Please have an eye out for the lighting setups that you will be having and please ensure adequate lighting and absence of adverse lighting as we shoot in natural light and abstain from using lot of lighting to preserve the natural feel of the visuals.
