Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Livolive Photo & Films, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities while maintaining fairness to both parties. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below: 1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the client signs the contract and pays the required deposit as outlined in the agreement. 2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total package price is required to secure the booking. This deposit is deducted from the total balance due. 3. Cancellation Period: • Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event date: No additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date 20% of the total package price will be charged as a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date: 50% of the total package price will be charged as a cancellation fee. 4. Refunds: Refunds are issued based on the cancellation period and are subject to deduction of the non-refundable deposit and any applicable cancellation fees. 5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the event date subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 10% may apply, depending on the notice period and circumstances. 6. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reschedule the event without incurring additional fees or penalties. 7. Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or certified mail. Verbal cancellations or changes are not considered valid. 8. Final Payment: The remaining balance of the total package price is due 10 days before the event date. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit. By signing the contract and paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by Livolive Photo & Films' cancellation policy.
