Cancellation Policy for Wedding Photography At Kamal Digital Studio, we understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to accommodate our clients' needs as best as possible while ensuring clarity and fairness for both parties. Below is our detailed cancellation policy for wedding photography services: Cancellation by the Client Notice Period: More than 90 Days Before the Event: If the client cancels the booking more than 90 days before the scheduled event, a full refund of any payments made will be issued, minus a non-refundable booking fee of [Insert Amount]. 60 to 90 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made between 60 to 90 days before the event will result in a refund of 50% of the total payment made. Less than 60 Days Before the Event: If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the event, no refund will be issued. Assist in finding a replacement photographer from our network to cover the event if desired by the client. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. Communication Written Notice: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or postal mail. The date on which the written notice is received will determine the applicable refund policy. Final Notes We strongly advise our clients to communicate any changes in plans as soon as possible.
