Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Cineaste Production At Cineaste Production, we understand that plans can change. We strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible while ensuring our team’s time and efforts are respected. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellations Made 14+ Days Before the Scheduled Shoot: No cancellation fee. Any deposit made will be fully refunded or can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations Made 7–13 Days Before the Scheduled Shoot: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total service fee will be charged. Any remaining balance from the deposit can be applied to a future booking or refunded, minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Shoot: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee will be charged. The remaining balance from the deposit, if any, can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Shoot: The full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. However, we are happy to reschedule based on availability, and 50% of the payment can be applied to the new booking. Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your shoot with no penalty if done 7+ days in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will incur a 10% rescheduling fee. All rescheduling is subject to our availability.
